Grant was inspired to launch Kenwood Consulting after spending six years coaching and teaching at an independent Christian school in Georgia.  He experienced, first hand, the positive outcomes for children as they received education and life lessons in a best-fit environment.  Grant is a successful entrepreneur and has extensive experience in multiple executive leadership and consulting roles.  He started his professional journey as a consultant with Dun & Bradstreet before moving on to managing assets in the pricing and revenue management department at Delta Air Lines.  He also spent time building employee benefits practices inside of nationwide insurance services companies, namely Wells Fargo Insurance Services and Hays Companies. Grant earned his bachelor of science degree in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology before earning his master of business administration degree with a concentration in finance and marketing at Mercer University.

 As a career educator, Kent has served in a multitude of roles in public and private schools in Georgia.  He has educated children and furthered schools' missions as a teacher, coach, admissions manager, athletics director, and head of school.  Kent's joy derived from helping others succeed drives his desire to see schools maximize student experiences. With fifteen years invested as a proponent of the Georgia Qualified Education Expense Tax Credit Law, Kent has educated his communities, families, and local businesses to bolster the opportunity for deserving students.  His dedicated work has provided crucial capital for the advancement of his schools. Kent's strategies have demonstrated exponential growth in both funding and student enrollment.  Kent earned his bachelor of science degree in middle school math and science from the University of West Georgia prior to earning his master degree in educational leadership from the University of West Georgia.
